Andrew Luker is one of the Interface Developers for the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT). He has been with the OHIT for 2 years and with the Arkansas Department of Health for a total of 10 years. He previously served as the Immunization Registry Coordinator for ADH. His background in HL7 and interoperability lends toward the continued forward progress of the Health Information Exchange that is SHARE.
