Dolores M. Couch is the Budget Coordinator/Specialist for the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT). Prior to making Little Rock, Arkansas home, Dolores and her family enjoyed the travel and exciting opportunity of living in Japan and Southern Spain as a military family. Dolore brings her experience from the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) to OHIT and is excited to be part of the OHIT team!
