A graduate from the University of Central Arkansas, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Harris spent 5 years working at Acxiom as an application engineer for the retail catalogue group. He has over 14 years working in the Banking Industry for Fidelity Information Systems (FIS). As a Senior Application Programmer, Harris led several projects to convert loans/leases portfolio to the Advanced Loans Systems (ALS-SM) database and the Automotive Finance database (ALS-AF). He worked with customers to make sure data was converted to the ALS database correctly, and projects were implemented as scheduled. After leaving FIS Harris joined Hewlett Packard (HP) to work on the Arkansas Medicaid account, as the lead technician for the Patient Center Medical Home (PCMH) team.
