Transforming Care: How Civitan Services Enhances Support for Developmental Disabilities

Little Rock, Arkansas,

Civitan Services, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, has significantly enhanced its operational efficiency and client care through integration with SHARE HIE (State Health Alliance for Records Exchange). This collaboration allows Civitan Services to access real-time clinical data, receive emergency department (ED) and inpatient (IP) notifications, and streamline workflows, ultimately improving the quality of care for their clients.

Enhanced Workflow and Real-Time Data Access: By integrating with SHARE HIE, Civitan Services can now access up-to-date hospitalizations and clinical results for their clients.
