Sonya Taylor is one of the Systems Analyst for the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT). A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) with a BS in Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Science. She has worked in the Healthcare Industry for 18+ years in the Information Technology division in several different roles to include, the Insurance Industry for 6 years in the Information Technology division. Her background includes many years of programming in multiple languages, analyzing data on many levels using different tools, and leading several projects. As a part of the Share Team she works with the Data Analytics team working closely with the Patient Attribution Lists (PAL’s) that are distributed by our many customers. She conducts review and validation of each PAL delivered by the customer making sure the data follows the SHARE guidelines.  She continuously works with health systems and clinics to help improve their match rate within the SHARE system.
